What to include in your enquiry

• Who you are: club, school, workplace, charity or event organiser
• Approximate number of participants or medals
• The date you need them by
• Whether you want standard designs or bespoke artwork
• Any wording, logos or ribbon requirements
• Whether the challenge is also raising money for a cause

What happens next

1. We read your enquiry and come back with options and pricing.
2. If you want bespoke artwork, we produce a digital proof for approval.
3. You confirm quantities and we schedule production.
4. Medals and certificates are shipped to you, or direct to participants if you prefer.

Lead times matter

Custom production and engraving take time, and a fixed event date leaves no room to recover from delays. If your date is immovable, contact us as early as you can rather than as soon as you have finalised every detail. We can usually work around unfinished details, but not around a compressed schedule.
