Use this page to track my order and work out where your medal has got to.

Check your emails first

You will have received an order confirmation when you checked out, and a dispatch notification once your parcel left us. The dispatch email is the one that contains any tracking reference. It is also the one that most often ends up in a spam or promotions folder, so check there before assuming it never arrived.

Remember our posting schedule

We pack and post every Sunday and Monday. If you ordered on a Tuesday, your parcel will not have moved before the following Sunday, and that is normal rather than a problem.

International orders

We ship worldwide, and international parcels routinely take longer than domestic ones, particularly where customs handling is involved. Tracking can also appear to stall for several days while a parcel sits in a processing centre.

If it still has not arrived

1. Check the delivery address on your order confirmation is complete and correct.
2. Check with neighbours and any safe place your carrier might use.
3. Look for a card or a delivery attempt notification.
4. Submit a ticket with your order number and we will chase it.
