Everything you need to know about delivery and shipping for Running Mad medals, certificates and merchandise.

When we dispatch

We post medals within 3 to 5 days of your order. If you need your medal sooner than that, please get in contact and we will do our best to help. You will receive confirmation when your order is placed.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times outside the UK vary with destination and local postal services, and international parcels are more affected by customs handling than by anything we control at our end.

What arrives

• Your medal in the design you selected
• A certificate recording your challenge, activity and distance
• Any additional items ordered, such as hangers, keyrings or clothing

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, are payable by the recipient, and are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, including any building or flat number. The most common cause of a parcel going astray is a detail missing from the address rather than anything that happened in transit.

Something not arrived?

Give it a reasonable window first, particularly for international orders, then submit a ticket with your order number. You can also track your order.
