Running Mad

Hall of Fame

The Running Mad Hall of Fame is where we recognise the people who kept going. Not necessarily the fastest, and very often not runners at all.

Who gets in

  • Finishers of our longest distances, including 50 and 100 mile challenges
  • People who have completed a full challenge series
  • Repeat finishers who have built up a serious medal collection
  • Fundraisers who have raised standout amounts for their chosen cause
  • Teams, clubs and schools with exceptional pooled mileage

Speed is not the entry criterion

Somebody walking 100 miles across a month while managing a long-term condition belongs here every bit as much as a club runner banking a fast marathon. Consistency, distance and sheer bloody-mindedness all count.

How to be considered

Submit your result through the log your distance page and mention anything you think deserves a mention, such as a streak, a comeback or a fundraising total. We review submissions regularly.
